Hot cross French toast

This was basically hot cross bun fried in tons of butter and cinnamon. It was nice but the inside was the texture of banana.

Joe: "The crispy outside was nice but the inside was squishy slop. I don't like squishy slop. Tasted like baby food version of hot cross bun."
